The portable pressure calibration kits LR-Cal LPP-KIT allow a comfortable, efficient and very acurate testing, adjusting and calibrating of pressure measuring devices in the field, as well as in laboratories and workshops.



Der Prüfling (Druckmessgeräte aller Art, also z.B. Manometer, Druckmessumformer, Transmitter, Druckschalter, usw.) und ein hinreichend genaues Referenzdruckmessgerät (Druckkalibrator) werden gleichermaßen mit einer Kalibrierdruckquelle (Kalibrier-Handtestpumpe) mit Prüfdruck beaufschlagt. Die Messwerte des Referenzdruckmessgerätes werden mit den Werten des Prüflings verglichen. Somit kann nicht nur eine Aussage über die Funktion des Prüflings sondern auch über die Messgenauigkeit bzw. Messwertabweichungen getroffen werden.

Das Referenzdruckmessgerät sollte über eine drei- bis viermal höhere Messgenauigkeit verfügen als der Prüfling. Dabei müssen Sie beachten, dass sich die Angaben über die Messgenauigkeit in der Regel auf den Messbereichsumfang ("v.E." = vom Endwert) beziehen. Es kann also für Sie günstiger sein, bei der Referenzgeräteauswahl eine höhere Genauigkeit als zunächst erforderlich zu wählen, dafür werden aber ggf. weniger verschiedene Messbereiche (also weniger Geräte) benötigt.

A current leakage in a process loop, sometimes referred to as a ground fault condition, can be one of the most difficult and frustrating problems to diagnose.
